Jazztopia at the Museu do Amanhã, Rio
The quartet Jazztopia just did a musical performance at a cocktail party at the Museum of Tomorrow. The jazz and swing music left the guests of the animated awards and contributed in the lively mood of the party.

The group is formed by German architect and saxophonist Wolfram Goebel, accompanied by Lennart Goebel on piano, Bruno Collyer – acoustic bass and Mário Lencina – drums. The quartet formed by two Germans, one Brazilian and one Uruguayan musician combines elements of American jazz with inspirations of European romantic music and Latin American rhythms.
The name of the group Jazztopia refers to the utopia of jazz. Of course, the utopias of our contemporary era are reflected in the daring curves of Spain’s architect Calatrava, who designed this wonderful museum. In this way, the Utopias of the 1920s, they find a futuristic architecture that combines poetically with the sinuous landscapes of Rio de Janeiro.
